So far i've been just doing cardio, 3 times a week for 30 minutes mostly the eliptical and plugging in my food on here. But i'm happy to hear that it is possible to get my old abdominals back cuz right now, i have a bit of a saggy tummy.

Im losing my baby weight too! Just remember it took 9 months to gain it, so give yourself at least 9 months to lose it! It takes time to lose it but you will lose it sista and maybe more!

Im 6 months postpartum and started losing 1 pound per week at 4 months but the weightloss just stopped after 2 months of losing 10 pounds. I have 10 more pounds left to lose, I really hope this weight comes off when im done breastfeeding.
