that sucks! def find a piece of clothing as jimmynorton24 is saying, or get a tape measure out and measure your calves, thighs, hips, butt, waist, bust, arms, neck etc... measuring some sort of a change is motivating me. stick with it!! the results will come and your discipline will pay off! :smile:

i have found protein at breakfast and throughout the day with regular bites to eat maintain my blood sugar level most days. plus good fats. and then of course getting out of the kitchen when i am bored or tired - am a sucker for chocolate cake and choc chip cookies. at the moment - i am doing a detox type meal eating plan…

Great to read your post and all the replies! I struggle with the 1200 calories and sometimes end up hungry and having a little binge. So thinking know for the long term i might eat a little more so I don't end up hungry! Good luck :smile:

I buy a broccoli carrot and beet root slaw here in Aus... Really nice for salads :-)
