I am confused. I had a bowl of oatmeal with a table spoon of brown sugar and a tablespoon of skim milk and a banana for breakfast this morning and that was 312 calories. How do you eat two meals and only eat 260? I admit I am new here and just got back to the Gym and counting calories a few days ago. I am at least 120 lbs…
