I completed level 2 of the 30DS :) also, ive just realised that im not out of breath when i run up the stairs !!! so proud!!

this is so true, i started this whole thing in january, and one of my friends has lost 53lbs in the same time ive lost 30lb. everybody is so different.

ahhh first weigh in ! and ooops what was that.....a big old nothing!!! so current weight still lies at 196lb x (i have increased my calories since i realised i was starving myself, so hopefully it will be benefical for next week !!)

I just read this post, and did my one-click-buy on amazon about 30seconds ago, and finally bought the 30day shred!! I really hope it does give me the boost i need, combined with 40 mins cardio 3/4times a week. ive been stuck at the same weight, neither loss nor gain for nearly 4 weeks now, and i exercise atleast 40 mins 4 times a week, and my MFP calorie amount is 1250, but i realised my net was only becoming around 700/800, so i have increased my calories and this will HOPEFULLY have a good effect in a couple of weeks. don't…

bio oil is really good, but will never take them away :sad: i heard tanning lotion reduces the appearance as well, but i can't use it properly so i couldn't confirm!! x

Robin, u really are harsh, and quite frankly it is a FACT if u eat less, u loose weight, does it matter in figures how MUCH less?? Either way, your comments are supposed to be a supporting comment, not one that makes members (and anybody trying to loose weight) feel like they are doing something wrong when they are clearly…
