  • how come american sizes are a size up from UK ?? and i have never seen a size 4 in the UK shops? do we even have that size? how crazy lol ! im 174lbs , 5'6" , and UK size 14/16 :)

  • i have done the exact same, changed exercise, upped cals, lowered cals, tried this zig zagging thing, probably not properly but its hard to balance student life, part time work and a family life at the same time as this, ive also changed my food goals to 40/30/30 and nothing has yet changed, even though im under the carbs…
  • well sherri i have stayed the same...SECOND WEEK RUNNING!!! i was down a pound but it flucutated straight back up again so im guna play safe and say im still the same!! don't want to jinx it !! so current weight is still 188lbs :) thanks hun!!!!!! your keeping me going!!!x
  • hiya :) ive never waxed before, but recently i bought Jolen wax pearls £10 from boots (UK) you just put the tub in the mircowave, smooth on hot wax (always try on the wrist first so u don't burn) with spatula, and then give it 10/15 seconds, and peel off again, no strips needed!! so easy to do, and doesn't hurt to much! :)…

  • i typed in turkey breast and majority of them are butter basted, so i found a sainsbury one, which said per 100g is 9g of fat? thats alot of fat for a lean kind of meat wouldn't you think? lol thankyou :) x
