ASPARAGUS!!! how do i cook it; it says steam or microwave on the wrapper, but ive seen people griddle it on the hob? what do i have it with? do i eat the whole thing or just the spear bit? what easy, affordable way can i put it in a meal?!!!! thankyou for any help :)

have any of you girls got the implant ?? how does it effect your weightloss?? this is my second implant fitted, and ive been on for almost 3 weeks which is quite normal i am used to this kind of thing happeneing. its so unpredictable!!
hiya, having roast turkey breast joint for the easter dinner... but i don't know the values?? and it doesn't have any information on the label as its fresh ? could anybody give me an idea ? its just simply being roasted in the oven, no oils/butter/fat added to it xx
