  • LOL oookk..i was just curious.. Its not really a huge deal.. It was a one time thing... I do appreciate all the feed back tho. I just left it as it is. If I go over today on my calories I just wont be as worried.

  • Yea the planks are not fun lol I want to build upper strength tho so I try to do them the best I can. I might up my work outs to 2 a day for the week. mon-fri. thanks
  • when I first started I took a day off at the beginning becuase i was sooo out of shape. Maybe like the other people said do some more simple exercises than the shred if you are really sore and then go back to it the next day. I have missed a few days so it will take me longer but if my body says to go slow i listen. lol :)

  • I stay home and my kids are 3 1/2 and 1 yr. I do my workouts when my youngest takes his morning nap. Usually my 3 yr old will play by himself or he will try to do the work out with me. I do the shred and then a 10 min stretch after so for about 35 mins total. He is pretty good about entertaining himself most of the time.…

  • As far as the excuses..I drink a lot more water than I used to. I used to drink 8 ounces of actual water every 2 weeks. Now Im up to 24ounces a day at least. A big difference.   • I did wash them and they do this again by the end of the day. There is 1% spandex in the capris but Im not talking about them getting looser during the day. They have been doing that since I got them. :) I mean like I used to have them sit at my belly button or above, now I can just get thm to stay under my belly button…
  • I will try rubbing them tonight to see what happens. I am pretty sure I have my feet in the right spots when I exercise. I dont use hand weights so I can focus on get posture right first. If anything I will take 2 days off, I usually do stuff outside and around the house on the weekends :)

  • The weekends are the worst so this coming weekend will be the my challenge. I need to think of things to do for lunch and dinners on the weekends so we dont go out. Actually sunday I will have to do really good during the day because we are going out for hubs bday that evening for dinner.
