Woohoo...as of today I am no longer in the "Obese" BMI range. Granted, I am 29.8 and obese is 30, but still....I started out at 33.7 and 22 lbs later...I'm just "Overweight". That is an amazing feeling!

    Congratulations to you - that's fantastic! I know how you feel because it happened to me the other day - started out at 35.7, now 29.8. Isn't it great just to be 'overweight'??
