This sounds like something I might be able to do :) My wedding anniversary is 10/16 and I would love to drop 20lbs at least between now and then. :) I will post the rest and get the ticker later today..Off to work now :)

Wow a thought of being between 125-130lbs would never cross my mind. Think I weighed that in like 8th grade or something.. But seeing so many people between 5'2 and 5'3 being at 125-130lbs makes me think I might have a chance one day. :)

Ok. Thanks. I had a feeling it was right as lightly active. There are some days I feel Im not eating enough, mostly on days I work. I could always keep those as higher days and the days I dont really exercise can be lower cal days..Almost like zig zaging. :)

Thanks to all that posted on here. I may change my day to Sat morning. For now I will keep it as tuesdays as the Offical and "peak" on Saturday morning to see if there is a big change. The weekends are crappy for me..no real planned meals(my fault) Or we eat at family's houses..Boredom really sets in but hoping that…

I think that if I do Saturday mornings, it will help keep me focused all week. It may even help on the weekends because if I see my hard work paying off I will be less likely to screw it up over the weekend...at least id like to think that. Lol Not sure when I should start doing that tho. I have two more measure days…

Right now I am working on the cutting out soda.. I am on day 2 so kinda expecting a headache tomorrow. It hasnt been as hard as I thought but then again I stay home all day and I dont go anywhere and go shopping once a week. I just have to keep avoiding buying it and I should be ok.

Ok so I have done 350 crunches..mixed up of all different ones, mainly basic crunches. And I have done 50 girlie push ups. It's a slow day at my house lol.
