WEDNESDAY 6/15 MINI CHALLENGE = TRICEPS!

Options
Wednesday = 100 (+) Overhead Tricep Extensions! (LOVE these!)

No weights? Get creative! I know a jug of milk or OJ would work great!

(these can be done standing or with 2 weights, just pay attention to form!)

You've got till midnight so break them up if you need to :)

Lift to failure to determine your set number but typically between 10-20

Pain in elbows means STOP, your form is bad or weights too heavy. Lower weights and increase reps.

    150 done with 5lb. weight, will try to do more after work. I would like to top the 220 I did last week, but yesterday I did 125 tricep dips in another challenge and I'm not sure my arms can handle it.

    Oh boy, these will be hard on my shoulder but they will help with the healing process. I will try to do as much as I can today and will keep on doing them every day. At first, I won't use any dumbell. I will had the weight when my shoulder feels better.

    Today, I'll also do Monday's and Tuesday's mini-challenges; crunches and squats are not painfull for the shoulder. On top of these mini-challenges, I'll go for a 5k walk.

    200 air squats : Completed
    200 crunches : Completed

    All of this weeks mini-challenges : Completed in 20 minutes!!

    I should do some more overhead triceps extensions later this afternoon also.

    I am now off for my 5k walk :happy:

    Could maybe of done a few more on a normal day but my arms are still massively sore following body pump on monday so I stopped at 100 :laugh:

    Kept losing count. I know I did more than 100, but no idea how many!

    Did sets of 15 switching between 2 5lb weights and a single 51b weight.
