I marvel at the weight loss and health stories I have read on the site.
My weight loss wasn't quite as big as some others - 15 lbs. - but I am thrilled to say I reached it this morning!
Whatever the numbers, the move towards being more conscious of my diet and adding to my exercise is a life-changing one.
Thanks to all of you for your stories and successes that made it so much easier.
Now I have to learn how to maintain a weight.
But next up is the clothes tailoring and shopping!

    ... can't wait until MY goal-reached-shopping-spree ..... its going to be sensational! Better tell my husband to start saving eh?

    I have to agree. We are all trying to get to a healthier weight/lifestyle whatever that happens to be. Congrats on hitting your goal. You should be so proud of yourself because we are. Good luck with maintaining it!!!
