Can I get this printed on a t-shirt?

Bleach, dish soap, and Febreeze are my go to's for a home cleanse.

I post this in every fun cardio thread...but I am hardcore into Dance Dance Revolution. Do I probably look stupid rolling up to the arcade in my gym clothes with a towel and a gallon of water? Yeah. Do I care? Not at all.

I have an active job so I hit 10k by the end of the workday lol. I usually end up with 15-20k depending on the day.

I'm the same way, lol. I'm always setting goals and trying to be better than I was last time...and I do tend to beat myself up if I have a bad session or fall short of a goal. I try to remind myself that progress isn't completely linear. Just because I'm not improving as fast as I'd like, doesn't mean I'm not improving at…

Also on Lexapro, been (back) on it for 8 months now. I dont think its directly affected my weight, but its helped me manage the depression and anxiety so I can function like a human being and actually have the motivation to eat right and work out. The fatigue can be a *kitten* though.

That happens to me too. Strangely enough, my arms and legs will be hot, but my stomach feels really cold. It's weird. Am I dying? Lol.
-
Idk fam, a couple White Castle cheeseburgers did it for me last time lol
-
69 calories...hehehe

@bbell1985 Yeah, I do alot of cardio and I tend to sweat buckets lol. Weightlifting doesn't seem like it'd be a big deal after a day or 2 though. @MichSmish I thought to do tank top, loose sports bra, t shirt. Guess all I can do is play it by ear (eye?) And see how the healing goes.

That's what I figured...was just hoping I wouldn't have to wait a week lol.

Not Just Dance, but I got into playing Dance Dance Revolution again like 3x a week. I play at a high level, so it's a crazy awesome workout and also fun. ETA: When I started playing 10 years ago, I lost 40lbs in a summer just from playing and eating better.

I haven't been able to sync my Charge 2 with MFP since I got the darn thing. I tried everything multiple times and it just don't work. Ah well. I just manually input my calorie burns, nbd.

Whereabouts in South Jersey? I'm from Ocean County, not sure if that's south or central lol
-
That's good, cause I get high and forget how to count.
-
I don't really care about hitting the steps, as I have a very active job and hit 15k most days without trying...I like using it to track my cardio workouts though.
-
I dabble in breakdancing...lol. I'm not good at all but it's pretty fun to learn.

Just here for haiku But know that correlation Is not causation

Trained TKD as a kid for 6 years, currently training BJJ and muay thai. I compete whenever I can train consistently enough to be ready lol. Add me.

Same thing happens to me. I lose weight, get depressed, gain it back. I'm trying to break that cycle, but some days it's harder than others. I'm on medication and it helps with the depression...but recently it's left me tired all the time and I don't want to get off my couch. Urgh...

Oh man, a while back I found some cardio that I really, REALLY loved. Without changing my eating habits I lost like 40lbs over the summer. ...then gained it all back as soon as I stopped, cause I wasn't doing insane amounts of cardio anymore but still eating too much. So yeah, sustainability is key.

As an American, the concept of summer in December kinda blew my mind a little bit lol

Depression. Before I started getting treatment, I was self medicating with alcohol, pizza, and cheeseburgers. Weight loss has been relatively easy after regaining the desire to take care of myself.

I could eat that Southwest salad everyday, it's so good... The egg white mcmuffin is only 250 calories as well.

Women's health magazines are the devil, lol. Take any information they provide with a grain of salt, imo

I'm a recovering alcoholic...and I started handling junk food cravings the way I handle alcohol cravings. Am I bored? Am I tired/stressed/upset/angry? Do I just want this out of habit? What would be a healthier alternative to dealing with this? It's been surprisingly effective for me.

I still have a ways to go, but I remember waking up for work one morning and stumbling past my mirror and doing a double take--like holy crap, when did I get a waist? I really hadn't been weighing myself (I was lifting heavy and getting angry that the scale wouldn't move so I just stopped weighing myself), so I had no idea…

As far as weightlifting goes, deadlifting 2 plate for the first time was amazing. The feat of strength I am most proud of though, was my first grappling tournament several years ago. I lost my first match and got my elbow hyperextended to the point that I couldn't bend my arm at all, only for the ref to tell me I still had…
