I wear basketball shorts. Dunno, leggings just make me feel self conscious and naked. Lol.

It depends. Short cardio sessions I prefer to do fasted, especially if it's early morning cause I can't bring myself to eat before 10am. But for long cardio sessions (3-4 hours sometimes), then yeah, gotta eat a couple hours before that or I get weak and shakey.

I started lifting again and just finished the first week...I was sore the entire time. Lol. Foam roll, protein, all that good stuff. It'll go away after a couple days to a week.

I've been using a "vibration machine" for a couple years and I don't think it's helped with weight loss at all. :wink:

Depression/anxiety. Been off my antidepressant for a few weeks now and I actually feel better than when I was on it. It's still a struggle, but healthier living/therapy makes it more manageable.

Monster Ultra Black and Sunrise are my favorite, and both 0 calories. I used to love cherry lime Xenergy (also 0), but I've only found it at one gas station by me and they stopped carrying it.

Yeah, and it's kind of annoying...I think the reason people say that is more to make themselves feel better about their weight lol. When it comes to family, I understand their concern though--I have 2 family members with EDs, so they're probably just on high alert.

I'm usually up at 5 because I have work at 7 (damn hour commute)...doesn't really affect my meals cause I don't usually eat breakfast til 930-10am anyway. I love it, I've always been a morning person...the only bad part is being done for the night at like 9pm lol

Ponytail plus bandana, to keep the hair/sweat out of my eyes usually works...and prevents me from dripping sweat all over the equipment lol.

Absolutely fine! I find it helps me stick to my diet better...cause then I don't binge on all the crap I cut out lol. My favorite are those 100 calorie Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal bars.
