Ben & Jerrys all the way. They used to have this flavor with chocolate covered potato chips in it...it was amazing. Though I do enjoy some Artic Zero too.

I gain a couple days before, then it slowly goes down. I'm sure all the sodium I stuff myself with in those days leading up to it don't do much favors either...

Co-workers are the worst. I once had an older woman comment on my weight loss, assuming that I was losing weight to get a guy's attention. I mean I need a flowchart to explain all the ways that was kind of offensive. Lol.

I gradually decreased the amount of cream in my coffee til I learned to like it black. I have a friend who is diabetic and hates artificial sweeteners, who puts powdered cinnamon in his coffee...I was dubious but I tried it and it's pretty good.

I train both BJJ and kickboxing...but I love kickboxing so much more. It's a great workout, and I'm so focused on getting better that any weight loss is just a pleasant side effect. I drink alot of black coffee, and that seems to help (probably not healthy though). Drink some water, chew gum...that helps too.

--Was over a friend's house and his sister, whom I haven't seen in a couple years, comes in, does a double take at me and says "Wow, you lost alot of weight since the last time I saw you." --Training BJJ, my 215 lb partner was shocked that I was able to pick her up and flip her over.

I'm in the same boat! I'm 5'8 and my goal weight is 160...I can't imagine weighing any less than 150-155. I don't think it'd look good on me.

I loved it. Lost 17 lbs by the end...but still couldn't do a pull up. For me anyway, I didn't think it was as hard as everybody made it out to be, but it was tough enough to challenge me and keep me interested. Tony Horton is also rather entertaining with his stupid jokes.

I keep hearing this commercial on the radio saying "You may not be fat, just bloated" and I wanna beat my head against the steering wheel. Also, I had some White Castle a few weeks ago, and that cleaned me out good. I'd recommend that. lol
