lost four or five but my weight fluctuates from day to day ie. up 3 pounds down 3 pounds not sure why

look in diary and evaluate foods for fiber and carbs, you need high fiber but proper carbs for weight loss. also change cals and exercise more often might help. i have been 3 months with no plateau and minimal exercise plan, 30 pounds total lost. hope this helps

put some weights of some sort in a backpack for squats that work on your core, there are also various ways to lift it, with one arm sideways, lighter weights to lift with legs while sitting on chair,.....possibilities are endless. good luck

i work in a factory driving a hilo and i still log in an extra 60 mins walking that i dont count but for my 169 lbs that equals 230 calories. you may be walking alot more than you realize. good luck on your journey
