I was on Depo for 6 years! The Doc is right it doesn't make you gain weight but it does increase your appetite. But if I didn't take it getting PMS (for me) increases my appetite incredibly for a few days so I'd say just be aware and don't cave so easily when you crave junk. Doing 16 mins of cardio after strength training gives you the best fat burning. Don't do Hiit after weights as your body will use your muscles as fuel and not fat.

You can see my dairy if you want. I eat 6 small meals a day. Include as much fresh veg as I can. I never drink anything with sugar. I prepare all my days meals the day before. I eat what I want, anything at all, once a week. You are eating very little during the day. How about a chicken salad for lunch as well.
