there's prob quite a few moves on level 2 that can be a problem for a bad knee so You'v done well..good for you...i think i'l do level 2 today an if i still have a little bit o ooomph maybe level 1 after it or later :-)

Hey well that's me done day 1 i done level 1 and 2...only just managed it tho....i normally do other work out dvd's as my exercise but i.m gonna just stick to the shred dvd an see how it works out...away to take my wee boy to feed the ducks now before i seize up ha :-)

Hi its my first week weigh in tmro..i've lost 4 upto now since monday so hoping that other pound will come of tmro to make my first target of 5 pounds...but even if it sticks at 4 that's great for me lol an i've been enjoyin a bit of exercise to..an not pigging out like i normally do ha :-)

I have had the dvd for a while an tried it for a few days an got board of it but it was a tough work out...i bought a few different 10 minute solution dvds an there great an there's so many to choose from...but i think i might do the 30 day shred for the full period an see how it goes x x
