total food cals was 10275...minus 8400 allowance is 1875 over so take that of the 5410 exercise i done an i just scraped an past with 3535 burnt cals left weh hey lol...i get weighed tmro night so fingers crossed its paid off x x hee hee x x or il be hitting burer king for a xl bacon dbl cheese meal yum :bigsmile:

my weekly food goal is 8400,,up till yesterday iv had 7572...so only 828 left to last me today and till tmro night when diary complete....burnt 3574 cal upto last night to....i now basically have to exercise to eat lol and loving it hee hee x x :heart:

im having a good week i think...even tho had 2 indians ha,,,,good thing is im making up with it on exercise and eating less other days,,,but all in all ma happy week upto now,,,,hopefully have a happy weigh in on tue night x x x your all doing great to and thanks for all the support x x x :flowerforyou:

the biggest in one go upto now was 95 min taebo 1333 on thur..that was a 1 off because had catching up to do lol so doubt il get higher than that x x x

lots of things lol,,,wish will have came true when i look in the mirror scantily clad an think damn u look good haha,,and so i can feel comfy in a bikini on holiday cause my holiday pics from last year are a disgrace lol look like an old fat burnt woman:sad: ha what about you x x

yes small steps at a time id say so it doesnt seem so long away,,set small goals an feel proud everytime you achieve it and move on to next goal x x

got all ingredients apart fron cilatro so gonna miss that out,i got chicken to add in with my soup,gonna add the tumeric and sea salt to...purely for there qualitys...look forward to trying it..:drinker:

mix it up over any amount of days you like...as long as its burnt calories...if all goes to plan we should be an extra pound down in a week heehee sounds good to me x:bigsmile:

Sounds good..i only use the internet on my mobile phone so dunno can't do all that copying and pasting,best I can do is type what I done an what burnt..and is it biggest burn in one session or one day x :-)

Yep anything over 3500 is your own haha my usual problem is eating all my workout calories so will be proud of myself if I manage this lol x

Other ppl prob feel self conscous to..but yeah i'd get some banging tunes to listen to an once you get started working out you will not even notice anyone else there hopefully...you will start to feel more confident as your working out :-)

I have the picture on the fridge to lol..i like my exercise to but seem to eat all my calories and more..but as I say things change from now...starting tmro..set exercise and cals and no going over x

yeah thats so true I so wish I can feel the regret that I feel afterwards before I start...but it just takes over an I think f@ck it i'll just eat more and more and make up for it sometime..but never do lol..things are gonna change now tho...cause that feeling of satisfaction while eating like a pig does not nearly compair…

I also am comfort eater and sometimes can swerve it a little but other times I just CAN'T and I won't even stop myself..i let myself believe i'll just pig out and get it out my system lol but just doesn't work sometimes..i also don't have any solutions to this problem but would LOVE if anyone has any tho lol x x

Good going fuzz..i tried starting a group but didn't catch on lol..i joined last feb but not for long,just started back couple weeks ago,i also go to scottish slimmers an get on good with there eating plan an it has loads of yummy recipes in there books I thought i'd never eat that are yum lol i've been going of track…
