  • I would suggest using Light Italian dressing as a marinade/seasoning for your chicken.   • I am down 4Lbs from my last personal weigh in. I think that increasing my water intake along with squeezing in a walk during each of my breaks at work helped me lose. The water helped me to feel full, and the walks really made me feel good about myself for getting movement in while I burned some calories. Total walk time…

  • You should try to get some exercise in , so you can burn some of the calories that you have already eaten, and then plan to have a low calorie dinner like, chicken breast and salad. I had to learn this too, since I was using too many calories on "snacks" , hope this helps
