i go on kg's at the moment i'm 5'4 and weighing about 60kg, my goal weight would be about 57kg i think in pounds thats about 132, so my goal weight would be about 123!

oh okay thank you for your help. i was just thinking because i only had a few more ilbs to loose that it would be more difficult so i should eat less but you're probably right i'm new to all this so thanks :)

i just want to about 56kg, once i've done that i am going to concentrate on just toning up! :)

I've just started and want to loose 2pounds a week, i'm aiming to eat 1,200 because that is what is recommended by myfitnesspal if i want to stay on track, is this too little? I'm 60kg/132pounds and 5'4
