  • having used this website for 3 years and maintaining my 5 stone weight loss,up and down a few pounds but no more, i,ve found once a fortnight is enough. daily can become frustating and weekly can fluctuate because of socialising at weekend. saturday morning before breakfast seems to be my best time .hope this helps
  • i weigh myself once a week. saturday morning ,first thing before any food or drink. keep a record on a diet sheet.i have done this for 2 years . it works for me . scales also show water ,fat and bmi readings.which help. hope this helps.i find once a week is enough daily can sometimes disappoint and a long term plan should…
  • unfortunately running is out due to tendons and ligament injuries in the past. brisk walking is good and 10,000 steps a day is supposed to a good goal. working hours make it awkward but do able if you want to keep up the good work, cheers for advice

  • ok, started eating healthier and going down gym in june this year, have lost 50 lbs and still have 14 to go to target weight-feel so much better and enjoy reading similar stories. its a way of life, not aa diet and this programme and diary helps so much.
