My indulgent always was Italian food like this, so for you to share this recipe that is low in calories is a miracle. I will deffinatly try it next week.

day 2-Dec. 6th Stretching * It doesnt matter how you stretch just make sure you are all stretched out to prevent injury jog in place for 90 seconds 50 jumping jacks 15 crunches 10 hip bridges step ups for 1 minute 15 crunches mountain climbers for one minute 15 push ups 25-30 squats *Reapeat once more and stretch** :happy:

I used to have the same problem..I began feeing weak and started getting weaker. It led to me getting ill and collapsing due to dizziness and exhaustion. I then had many tests. They found out I was anemic(low iron counts). Now I take iron vitamins and feel much better. I would recommend talking to your doctor.
