If you have a smart phone there are several body weight app - try Freeletics. When you are at home, work and school, take the stairs. Don't park close to the bldg in order to get in longer walks when you run errands or go to school/work.

I use steel cut oats and will cook it in just water in my slow cooker. I add walnuts/brown sugar or blueberries/brown sugar. If I can find peaches I will do that too.

^^^^^^^This! I have had grey hairs since middle school. It is a sign of WISDOM. My hairstylist put a rinse in my hair b/c she couldn't take the increase in my grey hairs. I laughed and it was a free service. So whatever...I love having grey hair and getting asked which college I attend LMAO

I can bench 40 lbs and that's it. I have am not good balancing the bar. I need to spend more time on the bench to get better. :grumble:

I just "mean mug" all the men and I get anything I want LOL I don't have issues with the men at my gym. If I have an issue I will do like I do at work...and it isn't taking them to HR.
