I'm not yet on maintenance, but when I don't log for a day or so, I fall back into old habits. I think I will probably continue to log once I'm on maintenance.

thanks, joanne! some great ideas! i did try green tea with honey, but i didn't work. i recently tried warm almond milk with honey and cinnamon, and that is much more satisfying. thank you for the tips and encouragement!
