Yogi Green Tea, Blue Berry Slim Life. It suppresses appetite and it works for me. I have am a night owl as well, so about two hours after dinner I have a cup of tea and I feel great the rest of the night. :) It tastes great too.

I just quit drinking diet soda last Saturday and previously that was about all I ever drank. After I made it past the first couple of days with non stop headaches, I have never felt better!

I don't think I have dropped a dress size yet. I am eating alot healthier, that does make me happy :) I am generally pretty happy and confident but the past week or so I've just been so fixated on weight, grrr. Thank you for the advice though :)

Tomorrow is a week for me :) The first couple days were rough though and I took a drink of Diet Pepsi before my husband caught me and took it away! haha

I don't eat my exercise calories back either. I see it as I work out to burn the calories, not to workout so I can eat more during the day.

Okay I'll try that, I've been sticking to a really low calorie diet and not losing much weight... maybe this is why. I find it really hard to eat the amount of calories they tell you to eat a day, without eating foods that aren't good for you, and then when you excersise they want you to eat more, that just confuses me!

can you really not lose weight from not eating enough calories?? I've always thought the lower the calorie diet the better?

I am in the same boat! I feel like I live on my treadmill and Im very careful about what I eat and it is taking forever to lose any weight!!

I started it my first time when I was out of shape and it's doable, it basically just tells you to do what you can, but I was very sore and it was hard to motivate myself to keep doing it because of how sore I was from previous days. This time I have been running and jump roping to try and get into shape before I start it…

Thanks, you are probably right. I just set my goal to high which leads to disappointment. I'll be happy with whatever I lose before the wedding :) Thanks for the advice!
