30?

P.S - Also for rest I'd ease into morning drink rather than 3 and/or going to sleep a bit after when you get your children to rest. It takes a lot less time than even an insomniac to fall asleep when you give it a chance.

I have the same problem with soft drink and if I manage to drop that for a small amount of time I pick some other drink up. Admittedly low calorie hot chocolate, low calorie cordial and tea aren't bad but everything must be done in moderation. You can even have too much water though most people don't. I'd suggest that…

I'm already going to a gym in Australian summer using mostly treadmill. I'll go hiking again with my partner in June when in runs out. Also when it cools and we are both up for it. If I had an xbox or whatever you need for wii I agree with Soloto here.

That 12 weeks was until my birthday current date 14/07/15, birthday 08/10/1994.

Well I identify as 5ft7 (170cm),I often lean onto my toes but am actually 168cm which is 5 ft 6... Still not a massive difference. I'm 75kg/165lb at the moment and I'm planning to reach my goal of 60kg/132lb by my Birthday 8th of October. Note I exercise 3 hours most days now which has meant me weight is dropping down…

Yogurt! I must admit I only have Forme yogurt now because normal yogurts are much higher calorie. 150grams >73 calories as an example(Which works out to 486 for a kilo tub). I think it just has less sugar in it or something. Still yogurt just with less of the 'extras'.

I count in calories (I'm Aussie too) and if there isn't calories on the packaging just kilojoules divide it by 4.2 to get the calories. I often find myself calculating in store for foods. Biscuits aren't the best food choice.
-
Well they made serving sizes smaller... They didn't change the packaging. Often they made packets smaller and prices even higher. The serving stuff is BS.
-
Good luck! You seem to be doing a great job already.

Well if bust (as in being thrown off balance) then I advise drinking lots of water. That'll help digestion and feeling full. Being hydrated is really important. Actually starving will make you sick and destroy your muscles. I personally do a lot of cardio but while exercise is very important for health and an aid to weight…

Including exercise calories can be a trap for eating over normal limits. Metabolism doesn't increase overnight.
-
Stay below the calorie goal target and don't eat when not hungry. Log everything. Even negligible stuff like 5 grams of potato chips or leafy greens. Sometimes your jaw will drop, sometimes you'll be pleasantly surprised. Watch comfort movies instead of comfort food enjoy comfort movies/series/friends. Note on that - you…
-
Because it takes up to a year for a metabolism to speed up. Sometimes it can happen faster and that is a worst case scenario. Never ever follow BS like being over a certain weight means you can eat over 2000 calories it is bullcrap. with slight variations a truly inactive person will burn up to 1600 calories per day. Most…

66lb not kilo. 30 kilo.

I have 18-20 kilos to lose or 44lb... I started with 66 to lose... Do I count?
-
zyxst... That was the sexiest post I have ever seen.

I like almost anything with flour, cheese and spices (or some combination). But my favourite food or drink at least is coke zero.
-
Me too.

For breakfast? Weird meat for breakfast is odd. Anyway if you are treating yourself you can go pancakes. Fruit salad homemade or otherwise is good. Leftovers is always a favourite for many. You can do anything with oats will go well but I'd suggest not to eat too fast or using heavy too much sugar to burn slowly. Fruit…

The more is better however I think the best amount of time weighing in is how much you are comfortable with. You will see a trend (up and down a couple of kilos is normal but it will trend one way or the other eventually so do not be discouraged). It is how often you find comfortable. You also may bloat so if inch/cm don't…

Mid twenties, park Ranger taken.

Fruit counts as carbs (like 50 a fruit). By definition I wouldn't avoid carbs. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbohydrate Might want to focus on the fact it has hydrate in the title. It may take time but exercise and eating less than you're burning and you will lose weight. I'd suggest to not eat back exercise calories…

If you are logging everything and that shows to be within your boundaries or at least slight malnutrition for example if you are have 1900calories you'd want to be careful. Pizza is usually no more than 300 calories a piece and only if it is from Dominio's or pizza hut type thing store bought is even lower. Like any meal…

() (More than fat)

4-5 weeks into constant exercise you will suddenly shrink and that weight gain is almost definitely that muscle weight and possibly water retention. The body holds on then lets go, don't be discouraged. Weight does weigh 2-3 times as fat and uses that fat and is worth it. It often sounds like BS, but if the exercise is…

26 maybe?

No way you're really 99...
