Well I enjoy the mass amounts of food in one day (I give away the excess but eat as much as I manage on that day and new years eve). I dislike the stomach ache later in the day... And the way all my family and friends try to make me drink alcohol. I don't like alcohol.

Just identify how much you ate say 100grams, find which out type of has browns and preferably how they were cooked. Easy to find, don't stress. It is down to knowing what type (say birds eye or a grocery store brand) and myfitnesspal will find that type of thing easily.
