I can eat as much as my husband, who is 100 pds heavier than me and 5 inches taller than me. When we get finished with dinner and he says he is full.... I think, I could go for a second plate. *sigh* still working on portion control :)

I have the exact same problem. My hands would get so sweaty I would drop weights! I went to the doctor got a prescription deodorant for HyperCare (you pick it up at the pharmacy like any other prescription and it comes in a roll on bottle) Hope that helps:)

Not at all! I met by boyfriend (now husband) when I was 22 and he was 32. Fourteen years later we still strong! The only difference I have ever really noticed was our taste in music, lol.

I would highly recommend water classes. I did some at the Y and they were great. No pressure on your joints.

Don't think of it as "not having a skinny girl to go back to" Think instead that you have a "healthy girl to go forward to".
