Hi there. I'm so sorry for your loss. It's really hard to go through that with a parent. Take comfort in knowing that you were able to help him at the most difficult time. I'm sure your mom appreciates your help. You totally can lose the weight. Just stay on track. And it helps if you find a workout that you love! *hugs*

1300 calories seems awfully low for your activity level and weight. Are you following the nutrition guide that comes with T25?

I think it's possible to lose that much weight. But it's also possible your body won't be happy at such a low weight. You'll never know until you try. Right?
