I've never considered getting a personal trainer because the price is super high (correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's usually very high). I also currently use my apartment complex's gym, so I guess I'd have to find a trainer willing to come to my gym, since they don't employ any.

trust me, they only look good because of the way I'm standing. My thighs are 23 inches in circumference, and covered in cellulite (mostly on the back). My mom started using english muffins recently - if you get the whole wheat, they're relatively healthy and they're much lower calorie than hamburger buns. I think they make great burger buns :) EDIT: I just checked - the average WW english muffin is about half the calories of a typical burger bun (130 vs 260).

I've never counted, but I pretty much only drink water, except for a few lagers when I go out. I'm almost perpetually thirsty, I think it's because I've trained my brain to be that way since high school - I can't go more than an hour without wanting a glass of water. I tend to bring a water bottle with me everywhere I go.

I'd say you're probably a 10 every day. I envy you, but I would have to be under 100 pounds to have a body like yours (and there's nothing I can do about my face, short of surgery), and I'm just not willing to commit to such a difficult lifestyle.
