Grats on the loss and making goal weight :flowerforyou: Don't stop it cold turkey, never a good thing. Ask your doc to rather start weaning you off it. That said, only way you will maintain is by keeping a VERY close eye on your cals, if you slack, you'll be gaining without even noticing it. Getting active is a great…

^^ THIS !!! ^^

Have you ever tried eating boiled cellery? If it tastes good I will try it, let me know ...sounds unpracticle lol
-
Shame, can only imagine how horrible that is :-( ..you'll figure it out, hang in there and don't quit. My nr1 advice - cut everthing you are drinking and only drink water for a week or two, see if liquids might be your problem.
-
Watch everything you put into your mouth, every Single sip and lick! Weigh (not measure) everthing. Your calories are higher than you think!!

Butter, double cream yoghurt, cream and cheese. Life is sooooo much better now and healthy food is tasty
-
Maybe not "really" a desert, but it's so good. Double cream plain yoghurt with dried cranberries, sometimes i add some chopped nuts.
-
Great reply - second this!!

Yes, what you put into your mouth makes you fat. That said these meds make you hungry!! Drugs like Eglanol, Remeron and others are prescribed off lable to gain weight.
-
Really watch what you are drinking. See you love coffee, some brands have more cals than others. LAW - if it goes into your mouth logg it, every lick or sip of anything! (Esp for the initial phase or at a stall)
-
Wellbutrin is the best i've been on. Doesn't give me that horrid munchies, great meds in general, BUT it's not for everyone. If you are a compulsive or emotional eater it does help with compulsion and the anxiety that goes with it. Takes a while to kick in for depression.
-
EVIL little pills!!! Ask your p doc if you can maybe try Wellbutrin and see if it works for you. Medical aid doesn't cover it, but it is well worth every sent. (If it works with your body)
-
Watch what you drink, weigh everything you eat. Coffee and fat free milk made me stall LOL... for a good few months (managed to add 500 - 700 extra cal per day, mainly coffee and maybe a whiskey or 2)
-
Start off at 1700cal and see how it goes, if it works for you great. 1200 -1500cal is still a decent cal load, and within MFP guidelines, guessing you'll be fine on it

Keep doing what is comfortable for YOU, slowly eating more is probably best. You have a low BF but it's not doom and gloom. As your BF increases so will hormone function. Also try to add good fats, not low fat products, it might help a whole lot with regulating hormones. ... now this also happens to obese woman, don't beat…
-
Have you tried it? Only buy a little at first (the husk is aweful.. can't drink it, just makes me puke)
-
Thank you for explaining. Nice to see such a post! .....over weight people are pretty sensitive, harsh, forceful comments are not the way to go, shame on those who seldom have anything nice to say.
-
Should never have posted, sorry to have waisted everyone's time reading it.

Not working out at the moment, per doctor's prescription. Will be back in the gym closer to goal. I'm on a 600 def, it's not that bad ;-)
-
Started out with a 1200 - 1300cal for a few months, and just didn't lose anything. Was placed on an 800cal diet by my doctor , only for the loss phase. Weight loss is okay when sticking to it, but carbs get me down, it's a drug. Want to cut carbs to 25-50net carbs a day and see if it helps with cravings, but need the fats…

Having a bad meal, day or weekend is not the end of the world, don't beat yourself up, and don't quit! Make food tasty, too bland and it won't stick. At first you'll be hungry and tired, don't push things at the gym. Minimal coffee. Aim for no alcohol. When in a social setting, enjoy it (moderation), don't deprive yourself…

Yummy almond butter on ray crackers, even better than pb. Also like prunes and venison biltong (jerky). ...would die without oats cookies, Nuttikrust (my favo at 66cal for 3)
-
Just awesome stuff, keep it up
-
Love mine! Figure it out, it's worth it.

If people in general were less worried about 1st impressions everyone would be under less preassure. You eat in the moment, just to fill that moment, never choose that moment to be fat. It's just a by-product of food. If being fat was a choice there wouldn't be so many fat people around :flowerforyou:
