  • It is hard when eating helps you concentrate! I have this same thing when working at the computer on a hard project.   • Are you nursing? You need to eat to keep your milk supply up. You will burn a lot of calories doing it! It is hard to make time to eat, especially when you have to measure and prepare food. I am such a lazy cook-I buy the easies things to make! Try preparing your food at night after the baby goes to bed. :-) Hang in there!
  • When I was breastfeeding I heard that it burned 500 calories a day! Feel free to double check. It might depend on how many feedings a day, etc. I would just add it as a new exercise (if it's not already on there) and add the calories that you burned. Go you! I lost a lot of weight breastfeeding.
  • I always go over on my protein too. So you mean if you want to weigh 125 you should/could eat 125 grams of protein a day? No more than 30 per "meal" is a good idea, I have gone over that a little.
