okay so i just had a baby 9 weeks ago, and i gained a lot of weight during the pregnancy due to complications.
i am now at 158 pounds and lost 5 pound this week already.
i just went out and got a bunch of great food for keeping track of my weight and calories and healthy stuff...
but i'm not eating anything
ive had a freaking 100 calorie weight watchers yogurt all day
not only not hungry, but i dont have time to eat between volunteering at a daycare, and taking care of my newborn Nyomi.
i dont know what i'm looking for, but maybe some help in managing time?
its almost ridiculous and my husband has been riding me for not eating enough, and if i do eat, its all no-fat, low calorie stuff and i dont feel like im doing a very good job at managing myself and my health =[

Are you nursing? You need to eat to keep your milk supply up. You will burn a lot of calories doing it!
It is hard to make time to eat, especially when you have to measure and prepare food. I am such a lazy cook-I buy the easies things to make! Try preparing your food at night after the baby goes to bed. :-) Hang in there!0 -
i would nurse if i could. i was actually really looking forward to it, but because of the complications my milk supply only came in for like 3 days.
i had to get 3 surgeries after the 30 hour labor and c-section. it was really tough, my doctors didnt even know what was going on for a while there.0 -
Is possible that you might have Postpartum depression? I did and I didn't want to eat at all...
I also had a C section and it is even more common with that.0 -
OMG girl you HAVE to eat to keep up your strength!! And you will burn those pounds off so fast you will be amazed! It's the hormone thing that will do it! If you are typically at a good weight and are active - you will in NO TIME be back to your regular size with maybe just a bit rounder curves in a few places. But you HAVE to eat - even if it's small meals of good protein snacks and fruit - whatever sounds good in those areas. It WILL work!!0
