I don't want to get flak...but that's a female program... maybe i am taking the wrong challenge.

can someone point me to the 30 day shred program of what i have to do or follow something... I am at a mediocre fitness level (3-4 KM @ 8-10Km/h), 20 minutes @ crosstrainer and then regular strength training chest and triceps one day and back and biceps the other.
