i did that program too. It does get easier!! i promise!! i just finished and can now run for over 4 miles without stopping. you go it! just stick with the program!

hey there! the couch to 5 k program is awesome! i used it and when i started i could not run for more than 1 min without being really winded. Now i have run 2 5ks and am training for my first 10 k and am up to running 4 miles without stopping!! you can do it if i can!!
