Multigrain cheerios are good, as well as I have oatmeal with Omega 3. When I am home on the weekends and have more time I have an egg white omelet with ham or spinach, veggies, and weight watcher toast.. SO yummy!!

I do after work during the week, otherwise I have to go to the gym and be home by the time the kids are up to get them ready. I cant just go straight to work from there. I LOVE diet pepsi, but I have worked on weaning myself off over the last few weeks. I am down to one usually every 3 days now. I use crystal light as well, it sure helps when I don't want normal water. Do the best you can for you!!

Hi Jamie, I feel the same way, to take it a day at a time, a week at a time. I work full time and a mom of 4 kids, so trying to make some me time can be hard. I'm here for support if you need!! :flowerforyou:
