Work?? On a Friday?? The cheek. I'm out for today and tomorrow, got tonsilitis, and have actually taken day off work, something I rarely do. Resting up (and glad I did small workouts at weekend) as per drs orders. Back Wed I hope. (And it all went so well last week..sob)

After a few weeks of mia, I've thrown myself back at it...main priority was to start running again, so am aiming for two twenty minute runs most week days (have cleared my calender for two weeks for other reasons,so this works well). Then am throwing in two circuits of nmtz on my return from running and skipping the warm…

Sounds like we all had a good weekend then! Up and out again by six this morn, despite not having to be in work for hours...I'm trying to go for consistency....all too easy to slide back into sloppy ways otherwise! :)

5 am run in the rain done,followed by two circuits of jillian Michaels nmtz. The run was hard...not done one for weeks and thought my chest was going to explode!!!!

I love a good Welsh book....trying to persuade book club to read the sequel, just because it's full of village mothers , and it amuses me to have them all talking about porno... Looking forward to his new one. Didn't rate the Moran book.

Did level four this morn, it didn't seem too hard,a few recognisable moves in there, and nothing too crazy...again, not saying I did them perfectly, but didn't waste the first 15 seconds getting form down.

Back at it!! Level four done, nothing overly tricky here, but hard work as not done it for quite a few days...going to try do it again this eve, just to squeeze the whole six sessions in I've mentally set myself for each level.

Up before the alarm and workout done before six (it's only half hour) States week off right. Let's enjoy what I hope is a shorter week for most of us.
