Count me in too...I don't want to lose 20, but have derailed myself since the holidays so a bit of accountability might be good. Sw 189 Cw was 156, might be extra few lbs now Gw 147 ish.

I can't say I love running, but the feeling of achievement I get after makes it worth while. I run 5k about four times a week. Music helps....or audio books. Been there and done that a few times...I'm really hoping this will be the last. I've got 9lb to go, then I'm going to be doing a weekly weigh in when I hit goal, and if I go over a certain number, get back at it whilst not so daunting. You can do this, you know that. Remember how good you felt, and looked. :)

5'8 I think I've finally decided 150-155 is where I want to be. I do start looking skinny much below that, week on top half anyway!

It does get easier as you get fitter. Fitness blender are awesome...they do low impact,beginners are easier workouts...Just start with level one. What I like about them is how normal they are, as a fan of Jillian Michaels yelling at me,I found these two struggling along with me most refreshing. Keep at it.

I prefer to get it done about fourty seconds after I get up. :) I'm very much a brush my teeth and go girl..... if I leave it till later in day it just nags at me.

I do fitness blender videos on YouTube...they give you a low and high end calorie burn...I go towards the lower end.

I was a kindle convert when I realised I never need worry about having no books to read on holiday again. Just finished the new Ruth Rendell book. Was ok.

What do you call extreme excersize? Getting fit can only benefit in the long run...it's not just a number on the scales. But don't go too hard and burn out (been there done that) Can you not wait a few weeks and do class and excersize? Should get some results?

I do kettlebells a few times a week...it's good fun. Just following online videos. I'd love to get into weight lifting but feel the gym costs too much.

To my shame I've turned into a yo yo dieter. I find it easy to stick to healthy eating and working out, and I find it easy to eat junk. I can't maintain. For me this time round,I plan to weigh myself often and only start logging when I'm too heavy. Got to get to goal weight first though.

You've done the hard bit...it's pretty easy adding an extra minute or two from here. Nothing like the torture of running for ten mins straight for first time. :)

Up at 5.30. Work out, green tea, three mile walk to work. Lunch usually about one o'clock. Dinner around 7-7.30 when I get in from work. No snacking.

I love that saying, how it doesn't matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everyone on the couch. Sounds like you're going to do awesome,just try keep the nerves in check and enjoy.

Absolutely my favourite book. I'm scared to ever reread it, or let real live book club discuss it incase it taints my memory of how good it it.
