Friends wanted!

Hi. After bouncing from diet to diet over the past 5 years (we'll pretty much my entire life) I figured I'd try what everyone always says, and try to change my mind and think about changing my lifestyle and bad habits as opposed to sticking to particular foods.

Portion control is a big thing for me and just eating healthy. These are what I'm focusing on. I cycle a fair bit (80-100km/week) so figure if I cut out the blocks of chocolate and large packets of chips I should loose weight pretty smoothly and hopefully quickly.

I want friends on here. I need friends. I want people to help me take accountability. I want to talk to people who have succeeded. People who have only just started. The more the better. If you are from Australia all the better.
