  • There's a website to calculate the calories, http://www.zumbacalories.com/, I have a heart rate monitor and the count is accurate within a few calories.
  • You need fat to carry nutrients to your body. If you have too many fat calories you will limit your ability to consume the necessary vitamins & minerals so you have to limit the fat. That said, a calorie is a calorie & it will not affect your weight loss. I say pop a multivitamin and smile!
