Evening UKers, I have piggied out all weekend (impressed even myself by managing to polish off most of a large pizza hut, oops!) so made up for it today with a nice long (for me) run. I've got a pair of dumbbells, 20kgs in total (so just under 50lbs?), but just can't seem to find as much info about working out with dumbbells as proper barbell set ups, I got the impression it's a poor substitute?

I had breathing problems that started when I was doing BMF, which is boot camp style classes too, and the cold did make it worse. The first thing that everyone, including my GP said was exercise-induced asthma. It's probably worth going to see your doc and they might try you on some inhalers etc and see if that helps.…
