Whatever I feel like it. I dont limit my self to anything I dont "diet" I just eat less then what I used to now...Its a life style change that I plan on sticking with for the rest of my life...If you want ideas you can look at my diary

I really dont go by that even at my highest at 192 I could just about touch my thumb and pointer finger together and can do now at 175 and Im 5"3

To answer this A your a females. We lose more slowly then men. B if you body is new to exercise then its repairing it self by holding onto water aka water weight so once it does youll lose. C ovulating/ that time of the month? D make sure you measure and log everything. E its possible to over do the calorie burn on here so…

Your body needs to get 1200 or less to go into starvation mode. Look it up and do some research on it.....Plus it takes 3 days of eating 1200 or less for it to occur

Yea you just wouldnt count up the points for that day. Say you only do half of the challenge then you will only count those points for that day

First of you are still fairly new. If you are new to exercising your body will retain water while it repairs the muscles and then once it does that then you will lose it. That time of the month...ovulating?? Are you drinking enough water...watching your salt in take? But you need to give it time and did you weigh your self…

Its up to you. You can post on this thread every day if you want or keep track in a note book or word document and then at the end of the week post it. Whatever works for you best

SW 179 week 2 179.5 week 3 180 wekk 4 175.....Havent been keeping track of my exercises but something worked this week besides for the stomach virus. Even then I thought I would gain some back but didnt Am I off a week? Im in alot of groups with challenges and weigh ins lol

You do realize that when you have kids it changes...Did it ever change in the past besides for being pregnant both times? Mine is also weird itll change with the seasons, every 3 months I get it a week early

Back in Nov mine came like 4 days late and no Im not sexually active so I knew I wasnt pregnant but it just happen to do so and I was thinking maybe it had to do with working out but its not like I work out daily for long hours on end
