  • I havent logged in or tracked since Friday besides for MFP messing up but Im going to get back at it today....my weight fluctuations are going back down finally maybe start to lose weight again who knows....

  • Before I joined MFP I used to drink about 20 give or take ozs in wine a night every night just about so I was drinking about 400 calories a night alone plus used to drink 4 ounces of creamer in my coffee a day plus sodas some days on top of that so yea I can see how it goes with drinks alone

  • I think doing the 3 and 4 points threw alot of people off thats why I made everything 5 points to be more easier plus I didnt fully explain on how to add them up

  • You can manually track your cholesterol on here... I did for a couple of weeks to see what had the most but I always stayed under and remember healthy fats are good for you as well

  • I completely forgot to check for this....So no push ups Had candy and chips this week but starting today decided to do a 2 week low carb/sugar challenge posted on FB Updates on Resolutions...Going strong on the water still....started getting back into exercising again but need to cut back on the chips again
