  • I think I found my problem....might be too much sodium in my diet....I put it back in to track it and I seem to go over a few days last week
  • My oldest woke up early yesterday to work out...I asked her if she tried those {shes 10} she said no they were a little hard....Maybe Ill try them later but def going to get my walking in today
  • I keep on fluctuating every time I lose I go up a few most likely water weight cuz its not some huge gain but thinking what can I do to get back down again...thinking less carbs/sugar should help and getting back to "working out" not just house cleaning ect....Hoping thatll help

  • i didnt do too well this week...Only got 44 points also remember the points are just another motivation to keep on track of doing things
  • add extra points for each time you did something extra for example like you strength trained 3 days so 5 points each day....also an extra 5 points for each additional 15 minutes of working out so for an hour you get 20 extra points

  • I dont do goals. I just do...I do fluctuate here and there but figure mainly water weight but at least Im not gaining over all thats all that matters
