  • Yes but if you are looking for an alternative to a protein source you can eat Planters Nutrition Sustainable Energy Mixes... They have 10 grams of protein but it is 250 cals for a 1.72 oz package

  • Thats why I asked about the quick add calories. It seems like she isnt getting enough sufficent amount of vitamins. Im not one to preach of healthy eating but I think if she ate more veggies itll help a little
  • i know this is off topic but may I ask why is there alot of quick add calories? And are you sure about those? I do that sometimes but if I have half of a serving that I add in half of the calories but I usually put it in my food notes what it is that I added in

  • Maybe you should of started earlier with losing weight then waiting for Jan 13th to start? I want to be in a better shape for my 32nd birthday in March I didnt wait til this month to start I started in Sept to give my self time to lose the weight.   • Um no no and no...From Jan 2013 til Oct 2013 I tried Raspberry Ketones, Green Tea Pills, Green Bean Coffee and Garcinia Cambogia. Only really lost weight on GTP about 5 lbs then stalled and gained after I stopped taking them so no they dont work

  • Are you logging your calorie drinks? It took me over 4 weeks to see any loss cuz my body was holding onto water as my body got used to working out to help repair the damage to the muscles. It take over 4 weeks to see any loss and if you having alot of sodium make sure to get alot of water in for the day.... But give it time

When I was in FL over Christmas time I had no problem being more active in the warmer weather....So alot of the time its like ehh I dont wanna get up either im to cold to do so or get too busy and then Im like crap I forgot to do this or that
  • Ive got mine set for 1450 so I try to stay between 1400-1500 a day if im being more active sometimes I eat back those exercise cals
  • Actually dont look at mine... I changed the the meal times on mine and I just noticed like half of my foods are missing from it....But i dont restrict my self from eating what I like though
