I have this problem and it seems that a couple of days before, I have bloating and it usually last for about 3 days into my cycle. It seems to be mostly water weight.

Protien Fiber Drink 8 oz Flavored green tea 1 handful of spinach greens 2 pkg splenda or other non sugar sweetner For protein you can add 2 raw eggs. Blend and drink I don't like eggs in any form so I just use this shake for the fiber. It doesn't smell or look great, but it really is good.
