  • Get a ten pound bag of potatoes, or anything with a set weight. Use those scales to weigh them. You can test it's accuracy this way.
  • Today was day seven of level one. I've been aiming to do four or five days then one day rest. Rinse and repeat.

  • I just finished my fourth day workout on level one. I've been so encouraged by all the success stories I've come across from people who have used the 30 Day Shred. One of which is a girl I work with. She has lost so much weight. She said she did it by using this combined with lots of walking, lots of water, and no soda.
  • Awesome job! Running with a potential long-term goal of doing a marathon is something that has been helpful for me as well. I did my first 5k this past summer. That's coming a long way for someone who used to struggle within a minute of starting. lol
