I set my restrictions to very few carbs. Already blew them out of the water by 9 today. Carrots! I forgot about the amount of carbs in them. At least it wasn't breads/pasta etc. :smiley:

Great. I'll stick with Endomondo for now. I like that it doesn't cut in and out while I'm walking. Just getting started getting more active again so....little by little. Thanks for all the information. :smile:

Just started using Endomondo. I was wondering about the calories burned issue also. Distance seems to be pretty accurate. I like it because it doesn't pause and restart during my walk, the Map My Walk and Fitness both do that, however the calories they show I burn are about 200 less than the Endomondo. I guess for someone…

Good to know, appreciate the info. I think wearing it would motivate me also. I have a pedometer but I don't think it's an accurate count of my steps. Plus it's not where I can see it all the time, if that makes sense. Not like I'm looking at my waistband all the time! LOL At my desk typing, I'd see the Fitbit. :)

LOL you are all very funny! Yes, regular leg squats. I did some side leg raises (3 sets of 10 each side) when I got home tonight and also 20 sit ups. It's a start. =) Thanks for making me laugh!
