Honey, Lemon Water in the AM
So I've been hearing about the wonderful metabolism increasing effects of this combination. Anyone know if there is any truth to it?? I have drank a cup yesterday and this morning. Figuring any little thing to help boost it can't hurt, right?

Is there an option for Net Carbs to show up? I know to subtract the fiber from the carbs but was curious.

Leg Squats & Wall Push Ups
Just getting started, adding a bit of "something" to my day. I've added leg squats and wall push ups (10 each) each time I use the restroom at work. A private bath so I have room to do this. How do I record it? I'm not using weights, only my body weight at the moment. Trying to do a minimum of 40/each during the day.

Office Work
Under exercise there is a category called Office Work. It calculates based on the # of minutes spent doing this. While, no it's not cardio or weights "real exercise" it's still listed. Do you count it??

Niacin
Anyone take Niacin supplement to help with circulation? I'm considering it as my hands and feet are always cold. My health is good, just had blood work done and all is right where it should be. Did some research on it and just wondering if anyone else is taking/using it. Thanks, Shelly

Hello Again...
Good morning everyone! Back again.......feeling more confident in my quest to stay on track. I'm down 10lbs so far!!
