Try weighing just once a week. If you are exercising a lot, you are making muscle which has wt. Eat what you are supposed to eat, also take measurements once weekly. You may be losing inches and not know it. Please do not be discouraged, but weigh only once a week!!!

I love 1/2 an apple sliced and I dip each slice into peanut butter. I make sure I only use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. That makes a wonderful snack for me during the day when I crave something filling and sweet.
